4/22 – Day 15 – Beautiful Mission Canyon
Andrew and I got on the trail at 7:10. All up hill in beautiful Mission Canyon.
We hiked from the desert . . .
to the forest . . .
over 21 miles, mostly up hill. I stopped at 7pm but when Andrew came by, he said he wanted to continue on into the night. He was meeting his mom in Big Bear at highway 18 tomorrow so he wanted to get further on. It will be 18 miles for me to get to Big Bear tomorrow, not sure what I will do. Had a good teriyaki chicken with corn for dinner, it’s windy outside and my left foot’s blister hurts. Good night.
